I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, from the reception to the Animation and Funjestic teams, were extremely friendly and always had a big smile. They made sure to make my stay pleasant in every way possible. The location was perfect, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I never had any issues finding parking or transportation. The hotel also had a messenger service, which was very convenient for any questions or information I needed. The buffet at Flavours had a great selection of food, and breakfast was always delicious. I can't say enough about the staff - they were polite, educated, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

The cleanliness of this resort is impeccable. All areas, including the pools, hallways, and lobby, are kept very clean. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job, always replacing towels, toiletries, and tissues. The rooms are huge and well tended, with comfortable beds and nice sheets and pillows. The hotel facilities are top-notch, including a wonderful pool area with plenty of lounge chairs and a bar. The nightly entertainment is exciting and lively, with great bands and singers. The staff is friendly and helpful, with special mentions to the butler Erickson and receptionist Anabel for going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay.

We had an amazing 11-day stay at this resort. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The resort is located in a beautiful and well-maintained area with stunning gardens and one of the best beaches we've ever visited. The staff were all incredibly nice, polite, and helpful. Special mention goes to Lebron, Fennis, Walliam, and David who went above and beyond to make our stay even more special. The variety and quality of food in the restaurants were exceptional. The beach and pool areas were perfect, with comfortable loungers and attentive service. We also loved the convenience of being able to communicate with the staff through messenger.
